The apartment building, constructed in 1968, is not an architectural masterpiece, but the location is so insanely cool that we always look if there is something for sale there. And now our offer has suddenly been accepted and we can get started with a new renovation. Exiting because everything goes out: kitchen, bathroom, interior walls, window frames, it all disappears in the container.
